Our Apartments are located a few meters from the shouth shore of Lake Zell in a very quiet residential area in Schüttdorf.

• Baker: Wolf & Schroll (200m), Bauer (450m): Here you can leisurely breakfast, drink coffee or eat ice cream. Or you buy fresh bread or little things as sausage, cheese, eggs, butter, drinks, desserts, ect. and enjoy your breakfast in the apartment.
• Pizza: Shiraz Restaurant (800m) - with delivery service, Kupferkessel (1km - near railwaystation), Giuseppe (1,5km)
• Thais: Ban Thai (600m)
•  If you go to the center of Zell am See, (about 1.2km along the lake front right) you can choose in the shopping and pedestrian area between many restaurants serving domestic and nationwide priorities.
• provisions shopping: Next mid-sized grocery store: Spar Schüttdorf (1,2km), next larger grocery: Merkur Schüttdorf (1,3km) During the main seasons, these and other shops are open on Sundays and public holidays for them.
